When you’re working out, be sure you’re exhaling after you do a repetition of a weight. When you time your exhalation for this stress-free part of the lift, you’ll be able to take in more air. Your body will be able to use it more efficiently, too, increasing your overall endurance.

Always use the proper form when lifting weights to strengthen your biceps. This will help reduce strains or tears in your arms. The right way to lift weights is to put out your wrists, angle them slightly backward, and hold that pose. Then, slowly release the pose and return your wrists to a normal position. This builds biceps the right way.
